We offer a wide range of in-house mounting and laminating options. Our expert staff takes pride in producing a high quality job to meet your deadlines – every time. We have many popular boards in stock, for all sizes up to 4 ft x 8 ft. Some substrates are available oversize at 5 ft x 10 ft.
Mounting
White Card
Light weight, thin (1/16”) non-archival board. Least expensive mounting substrate we offer. Available only in white colour.
Black Card
Light weight, thin (1/16”) non-archival board. Inexpensive substrate with a black finish. Available only in black colour.
Coroplast
Corrugated twin wall plastic material. Ideal for outdoor signage. Available in 3/16” thickness and white and black colours.100% Biodegradable Coroplast

Foamcore
Thin lightweight material with an inner layer of foamed plastic. Used for lightweight mounting and temporary displays. Available in 3/16” and 1/2” thickness and white and black colours.Biodegradable Foamcore

Gatorboard
More durable than foamcore, this lightweight, polystyrene foam board is bonded on both sides for uniformity and water resistance. Standard thickness is 3/16” and 1/2” but thicker boards are available. Available in black or white colours.
Sintra
A lightweight PVC based material, suitable for indoor and outdoor projects. Available in 3mm and 6mm thickness. Standard colours of black or white are always in stock, while other custom colours and thicknesses are available upon special request.
Styrene
More durable than foamcore, this lightweight plastic is a vinyl polymer. Standard thickness is 60pt but thinner boards are available.
Dibond
Double-sided archival aluminum mount filled with polyethylene core material for maximum stability. Available in 3mm thickness (equivalent to 1/8”). Half the weight of aluminum, dibond is very smooth and is the optimal substrate choice for mounting high-end artwork and other valuable prints. It also provides excellent durability in outdoor applications. Available in white and black; other colours, such as brushed gold and silver can also be requested.
Acrylic / Plexiglass
Clear, smooth plastic that is more favourable than glass due to its strength, impact resistance, weight (half the weight of glass), and consistency. First-surface and second-surface (face) mounting is available with acrylic. Available in standard finishes such as glossy and non-glare; also available in other colours and finishes such as frosted & milk. Standard thickness of 1/8” and 1/4”.Laminating
Overlamination
Overlamination of a mounted image will enhance the look of your display and provide protection from moisture, fingerprints and abrasion - and fading under normal interior lighting conditions. Premium vinyl films up to 60” wide ensure excellent adhesion to inkjet output. All of our vinyl films have UV inhibitors.Choose from:
- Matte to eliminate reflection without sacrificing colour definition - our most popular film
- Gloss provides the most in clarity, colour and contrast
- Scuff resistant for extra durability and a matte pebbled texture
- Dry erase (scribe) for a gloss finish and a surface for write-on-wipe-off applications
